This is my photo of the finished hat (from the top) and I am really pleased with the final product. I'll have to get Richard to take a photo of me modelling it as it looks even better on (well it does in my opinion!)
The Debbie Bliss Rialto Aran was so lovely to work with and being 100% merino wool it is just so soft to touch and wear.

Hey that was quick. You did a great job on that.
Oooh I do like that hat, bet it looks great on you. Do try to get a modeled shot soon :) That color looks the same as the pink bolero I did last year, I used DB merino dk for it.
Very pretty!
That's really lovely, well done you!
I don't know if it helps but my friend finished a beret recently and blocked it over a dinner plate which she said was a great way to tease the pattern out. Something to try if your little bean ever gives you it back? ;)
That looks fabulous! x
Oh it's lovely, my goodness you must have been knitting non stop!

Lovely, I wish I could do that:) I think it is cheaper to knit something by yourself, right?
I love it!
The colour, the pattern, all of it -you are so clever!! :O)
Esther that is gorgeous, love the colour. I adore hats, especially the Ascot type ones, they even suit me - which is a miracle, but somehow I just don't wear them.
Can't wait to see you wearing it.

Very pretty hat - Job well done :)
I love the hat! Looks gorgeous. I was wondering how it is like to knit with Rialto yarn (got the first book from 1-2 years back). Looks like a good one! I bet it would look great on you! Look forward to the photo. :D
